We are located in Mineral Bluff, which is central to Mccaysville, Ellijay, and Blue Ridge. Blue Ridge Lake and multiple hiking trails are just a short drive away. We have no doubt you will have plenty to do here. We also have a full kitchen, an upper living space with a fire place, a lower living space with games and TV, and 3 patios with plenty of seating. Please note: -There is NO HOT TUB. -All showers are standing stalls; NO BATHTUBS. -Beds are made European style, this means we do not use flat sheets. There are flat sheets available in the wash room.

• No 4 wheel drive necessary to access the home, however the driveway can get muddy. Please park in front of porch to keep from getting stuck in mud.
• The basement does have a tendency to get cooler than the rest of the home. There is a space heater in the downstairs spare closet.
