Rustic Beautiful The Kokkolampi, Wilderness Cabin House
Kokkolampi is small wilderness cabin on peaceful spot, on shore of pond Kokkolampi. Beach is in good condition, rowing boat available.
Cabin has a small room with two convertible sofa beds and kitchen corner. Fireplace, kitchen sink (no running water), solar panel lighting and small fridge (also works with solar electricity). However, during freezing weather, the solar electricity is not enough to operate the refrigerator, so the food must be stored in e.g. a cooler box.
Drinking water has to be fetched from the spring (signs, distance about 500 m), or client brings it with him.
Lakeside sauna in separate building, there is also a room with 2 beds and a dressing room. Wood heated sauna stove, water has to be fetched from the pond (20 m).
In summer, you can get to the cabin yard by car, in snowy time, you can park your car approx. 700 m from the cabin, and the rest of the journey must be done on skis or snowshoes.
